I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. The hot water in the shower was excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Despite the language barrier, the friendly staff did their best to be helpful. The location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

At first glance, it seemed like a decent hotel for a stopover. the room had a big comfy bed and a clean bathroom, and the view from the window was breathtaking. it was located in a bustling area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was a disaster. the fruit looked unappetizing, the bread was hard, and the coffee tasted like essence!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. the exclusive amenities here were unparalleled. Our room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and high, end toiletries. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a wide range of luxurious treatments. the swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing, and the in, room breakfast was divine. the restaurant had an excellent menu, including special diet options. the private facilities were also top, notch, adding to our luxurious stay. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains.
The only minor issue we had was the service. With such a high standard in every other aspect, we were surprised to find that the staff were not as attentive as we expected.

The hotel is located in a bustling area of town, just a stone's throw from the historical center. It's perfect for those who want to check out everything the area has to offer. Despite being in the middle of the action, you'll still be able to get a decent night's sleep. Plus, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding mountains.
The hotel staff had trouble communicating in English, which might be a challenge for some guests.

Great location, close to many restaurants, shops, and different attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a firm and cozy bed, and a heater in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly.
The windows didn't open widely, and the view from the window wasn't pleasant. The hotel had poor lighting, and the floors were uneven.
